Well, it was a fantastic stay during my short visit in Madrid. The staff was really kind and nice all the time. Reasonably spacious and tidy room, I felt like at home. The hotel was in the central setting on the square of puerto del sol.

The queen room here with a view of the inner courtyard is a must, the bed is incredibly comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the center of the city. The location was superb, with easy access to all the major tourist destinations in this city. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I particularly appreciated their accommodation of early check-in and luggage storage. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the added perk of having a washing basin and mirror in the double room. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet, despite being located in such a busy area. a great experience.

Warm and a decent size room, I really enjoyed it. There was a spotlessly clean. The personnel were accommodating and nice. The hotel was located in the heart of the city. The property was placed 25 km away from the airport.

Booked a guest room with central heating, multi-channel television, and a study table. the beds were comfy and the bathroom was fairly clean. - the location was ideal in the center of Madrid with a reasonable price. - the staff here was very helpful and amicable. - Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Udon Chueca that was only a 5-minute walk away. The guest room I booked had all the amenities I needed like central heating, a variety of TV channels, and a study table, which was useful. the beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was kept quite clean. the location of the hostel is perfect, right in the heart of Madrid, and at such a reasonable price. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. Plus, there were plenty of dining options nearby, like Udon Chueca, just a short 5-minute walk away.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city for sightseeing purposes. During my 10-day stay, Hostal Ruano provided me with a comfortable room and beds, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location was perfect, right on Puerta Del Sol, offering a balcony with stunning views. The metro station, Sol, was conveniently located right outside the hotel, making it easy to explore. The staff were friendly, and the room was kept clean with regular towel changes. Additionally, the affordable price, with a 50% discount, made it great value for money.

The place has a quiet atmosphere, it is in a great location in the city center, the rooms are new and cozy with around 5 beds.

Convenient location in a car-free walking plaza, with nearby taxi/uber access. Comfortable beds with private sink in room and peaceful interior patio. Great customer service from friendly staff. Shared bathrooms and bedrooms available, but upgrading to balcony rooms with multiple beds is recommended. Language barrier effectively overcome with English App assistance.

The room was a good size and had a private bathroom, plus there were balconies at the front; the check-out process was straightforward.

We got excellent value for our money with a double room for only 35€ at the centrally located Hostal Ruano. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

The morning meal could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Conveniently close to a subway station for easy transportation. Just a 5-minute walk from the Prado Museum. We were able to find parking without any issues. 🚇
